After being a customer for 7 years my service with them was compromised and my customer database was compromsed. BE VERY CAREFUL! They do not offer basic security for their online service. They also did not offer an apology and that to fix the issue I would have to pay and would have to use my own staff to clean my compromised database.

Happy to recommend Retail Express. It's a good solid programme which makes my life easy. I own/manage a retail store and have very little time to do anything other than just keep the business running on a day to day basis. Retail Express takes a lot of the manual work away and gives me back time to spend with customers. Good stuff!

Retail Express has been a great addition to my business. I was using a very basic system but needed something better to handle stock for my second store - I couldn't really do this with my existing system, as it only worked for the local store. I've been using Retail Express for around 3 months and so far it has been really simple to use and has good reporting. It is worth spending the time listening to the product demo.

Having used other retail software before, I was pleasantly surprised by the features in Retail Express. It's great that I can access my info from anywhere (usually home in the evenings) to do reporting and follow ups. My staff like the diary feature that lets me send them notes for the next day when they open the home page. Very happy with the product and service. J .
