No star for today's customer service! I was a customer of this shop for years and have spent quite some money there. The service under normal circumstances is average. Today I had a quality complaint and experienced the worst and least professional customer service. [Redacted name] didn't stop shouting at me. Her behaviour was outrageous.
Will never shop there again!

Great range of products. I have been buying from them for years. They always offer to take goods directly to your car. Highly recommend them, however if you’re used to getting a smile at point of sale then you would be somewhat disappointed but then again I go there for their products not a chat

I love this place. You get most of the dry fruits and nuts fresh which I have been buying for years. Owners daughters are helping the customers at checkout and provide packing. They also provide help to take to your car if the box is heavy. If you are wanting to buy which is not on the shelf, they also inform you when they are getting fresh stock.

The supplies in this store are great. They cover absolutely everything. However I am put off by rude staff. Now to be fair I visit this place quite frequently and when I was pregnant they always helped me with getting stuff into my car.
I think the owner needs to sack his daughters who are stoned faced and rude and hire staff who have customer service skills. I bet they make more money from the retail section rather than their wholesale section so you need people who are going to smile.
I called up about an item and I know it was one of his daughters who answered and she was so blunt and far from friendly. 5 stars to the stock they have and 0 stars to customer service.

Fantastic range of foods stuff from Turkey thru to say South Indian. Emphasis on Middle Eastern, Great range of nuts plus whole and ground spices, super exotic dried fruits etc. When you get to the counter, expect to be treated like an insect which is a bit of a bummer.

Very good value and worth a look.

I loved oriental and continental foods! i love shopping there because of their large variety and super cheap prices! It's like a smaller version of Costco, only there is no joining fee and its much closer to me. Its a must have for me and without it i dont know what i'd do! i discovered it one day driving past and without word of mouth or just overseeing you probably wouldnt know about it, unfortunately. I deffinetely recomend to anybody to go and visit this fabulous warehouse!

What they offer: Alarge range of Mediterranean produce. Also stocks middle eastern and other oriental goods. Spices and all.

What they don't offer: quality service. They can be quite rude in doing their business. I would love to get a service with a smile.

Also their non grocer products have 7 days return policy. Written in an impossible to read place, this one lady, found that out the hard way. Had her docket thrown at her.

I would not recommend this place.
