In addition to the free market research I did after our call, I also gave you free advice during the call about some things you can do to improve the perceived value and sale price of your home.

I understand that you may have been disappointed in that I didn't think I could help you, but I don't think this qualifies as "discriminatory treatment" that warrants a negative review.
