We had family breakfast at The Rezz over the weekend and enjoyed it. Kids had fun in the playground and enjoyed their pancakes. Service was pretty quick considering the number of patrons there however my husbands meal was a little cold and under-done. Prices are at the top end of what I would expect to pay for breakfast.

I have been here a twice now and both times I have left feeling a little unimpressed. The staff are professional and the venue is ok. The food is very average and nothing to boast about. Both times I have been there they have forgotten something from my dish (I ordered standard, off the menu with no changes both times. One time it was the salad/vegetables and the other it was the sauce on the steak [which was tough] from their specials board that day). I would personally not return by choice.

We had regular meetings at this cafe, and it was really accommodating of our business needs. Everyone always patronised the hotel and everything about it was professional, high quality and clearly valuing our business.

Friendly efficient service. Modern, family friendly restaurant with several play areas for the kids. Tasty gourmet pizzas available from the Cafe - also recommended by our Italian friends so you know they must be good because they know their pizzas! Good food and a nice atmosphere.

A group of mum's took our kids there for lunch on a 'pupil free day'. The food was nice - I ordered the trio of dips and the pita bread was cold... The meals came out quickly though. The play area is around the corner which unnerved me... You can watch them through a TV screen set up in the eating area though. The main play area has bark chips on the ground and it's incredibly dusty when there are lots of kids. Not to mention that the kids insisted on emptying their shoes in the cafe area which then became a hazard.

We are regular diners and the food and service is tremendous.
The atmosphere is great, The menu is well thought as to selection and not to mention the beer is ice cold.Others could learn from their customer service.

My family and friends have used Rezz as a place to gather together and have great food. Personalised service, pride in the satisfaction of their customers and the great food keeps us wanting to return there each time.

I have been on a few occasions to both the cafe and bistro. Wont return to the bistro as after our first visit we went with family and ordered all dishes from bistro menu and then wanted to order a wood oven pizza from cafe menu for one of our children with allergies-we were clearly told that wasn't possible.
The only reason we return is for the kids play area that our children enjoy- but the last couple of times we have been has been to the cafe but I can honestly say the service is poor the prices were over the top and the food was average.
On one occasion we went with some friends- all our meals came out at different times and by the time the last person was served their meal the first few had already finished eating theirs!. On another occasion x 2 soups came out cold and we asked for them to be heated-when they returned- 15 minutes later! the tide had gone out of them - yes it appeared the serving was at least a quarter less that the original quantity served. very disappointing .

Had the Scaloppini Pan-fried veal with prawns & avocado in a creamy garlic sauce, I do not think it was worth $25, the sauce was not nice, but veal tender, a bit of avocado and huge amount of veg. Service good, place is in a great location, love the Italian style menu, popular for families, there are a few good gluten free options on the menu which is great.

Approximate cost: $25.00
