Michael is excellent at understanding the client requirements and focusing on their delivery. He made several valuable suggestions when I had issues with my Structural Engineer and one of the Builder. He also made serious attempts to put my project on track when I lost hope during the XMas period. Michael knows affordable and professional Builders who quoted me 20% lower by removing unreasonable margins.

He is always approachable and is very good at his job. I wish I had known him before the start of my project.

Thank you for your drafting and tender expertise on the extension and renovation in Malvern. It is an important investment for us and we had to watch our budget closely.

Being able to obtain an estimate of construction costs early during design was reassuring and to have most of the builders quotes within the estimate was a great relief.

We had heard many, many stories of problems, delays, budget blowouts and other concerns from friends and colleagues who had had extensions or additions to their home. RFT Solutions made the process of our renovation far less complex than if we had tried to do everything ourselves. Dealing with the council, engineers, surveyors and others would have been difficult and time consuming for first-timers. Dont pay any fees upfront. Only pay upon successful project outcomes. RFT was more expensive than builders.
