It's a very unassuming place with very unassuming style furniture, but you're not there for the atmosphere.
You're there for the food. And for every day except Monday, there's a different special. I particularly like the Tuesday and Thursday deals, which is curry and rice for $15 and ribs and chips for $19. Good value for that kind of food
