The toilet got blocked again straight after they left. They promised to come back later but didn't during 6 weeks long. Finally they said that I have to pay upfront again just for investigation and then $2000-$5000 for fixing because they are going to replace the whole pipe. The real issue was a small plastic bottle stuck near the toilet. This was easily fixed by another plumber. When I asked for a refund as they couldn't fix a simple blockage they were yelling at me and talked very rude. AVOID!
