The yum cha here is okay. wouldn't say it's worth the huge lines and long waiting time. Have had dinner here and that is better. Service isn't always bad but can't say it's anything exceptional.

The yum Cha at Phoenix Chinese Restaurant is really good, it is so convenient to have a decent place for yum Cha without going into the city.

Cannot comment about their dinner, however their yumcha is not that great.
Food does come out nice and hot, but it isnt the best.. i would say it is average. Chilli sauce is extremely salty and does not go well with any dimsims. Very expensive what you get and would only go if there im craving for yumcha and im not bothered to drive further away to satisfy my cravings.

Always a pleasure having yum cha here during the week with family and friends! It's situated above the food court inside Rhodes Shopping centre with ample free parking available. The staff are lovely and happy to ask for different food from the other trolleys laden with dim sims or bring them to your table at your request. Glad they have my faves like seafood spring rolls, salt and pepper calamari and dim sims readily available.

Always found the restaurant clean, food is quick, hot and they have a quick turnover of customers regularly. Bear in mind try to come before Midday as there is quite a wait as this is quite popular with the locals and staff who work nearby the Shopping Centre!

Love coming here for yum cha as it's fresh and the quality is great! Located inside Rhodes shopping centre and it overlooks the food court. Food comes out quickly in trolleys and i love the prawn har gao, dim sims and occassionally chicken feet. Yum... try it you will love it.

Definitely the best yum cha restaurant you can find outside of the CBD. For me, even in the CBD! The quality is great, always fresh and consistent. The variety is wide and also has items not found in other restaurants. A La Carte menu and quality is always really good too. The ambience is classy and modern and very different from other Chinese restaurants. For what you get, the price is very reasonable. We have brought friends and family there and everyone always agree it is a great restaurant. Be warned though, get there early on weekends lunch time otherwise waiting time can be an hour!

A lovely chinese restaurant which has delicious food and a great atmosphere. I've been here for both yum cha and dinner and they were both delicious- definitely leaning towards the best Chinese restaurants!

We love the yum cha at Phoenix Chinese Restaurant. It is one of our favourites in Sydney. The only part that is not so good is the lack of trolley's circulating when you are not seated directly in one of the main isles. It feels a bit like a waiting game, with not much on your table. Ask to be seated in the middle where the food trolley's come by frequently and it is a very enjoyable yum cha experience. The food is high quality, hot and fresh. I particularly love their mango sago puddings for dessert!

My family & I love going there for yum Cha as well, but the waiting time is too long sometimes...

Had yum cha here once in a group and it was good but it is rather expensive for what is offered.

Love the food at this Phoenix too! One thing that annoyed me was that they don't take booking is you are a group smaller than 6. So the process is you turn up, they give you a number and then you wait. We had to wait 45 mins... It was chaos!

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant by far. The food is so fresh and tasty, and the portions are huge. Dining in can be an experience as its a huge place that is often at capacity. Yum Cha here on Saturday mornings is very popular but get in early to avoid huge queues and wait times. It's located inside Rhodes Shopping Centre. It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. If dining with a baby, leave the pram in the car though.

One of my favourite yum cha places to visit in terms of selection and quality. However, I find it much more pricer than your average yum cha and even though the venue itself if quite lovely and modern it can still get crowded and quite chaotic which ruins the ambience.

This place is CRAZY!!! It is ALWAYS busy at meal times, it is so hard to get a park and even get into the door of the restaurant.
But the food is yum! Especially good if you go with a big group of people, then you can try lots of different dishes. If you do go with a big group, i strongly recommend you book a private room, much more peaceful!

I LOVE this restaurant!! The Yum Cha is so good, my husband and I go there all the time! We always have a great time and are never disappointed. It does get very crowded and filled up very early on but thats all part of the atmosphere in my opinion! Love it!

The food is alright but not of outstanding quality and it is quite expensive. The best thing about this place is it is very roomy for a Chinese restaurant and a good place for gathering. The service is better than most Chinese restaurants and there is easy parking.
