I have been going here now for quite awhile and always wanted to make a review until now, this particular staff was taking this hair dresser through a cut. Which we all have seen from time to time because it's the only way of learning. But the other staff kept stating COMMENTS to the model like it was nothing. It was very rude and disappointing to say the least. This other hair dresser you could tell didn't know what was doing but they did what looked like a fantastic job on the model especially with juggling other clients and coming back in doing something they hasn't before. It disappointed me to over hear such things while I'm getting my hair done because I always thought this place to be encouraging and lovely. I feel really sorry about this hairdresser as this other staff into question should go back and learn how to train someone properly and be encouraging instead of wasting time in paying a staff member out.

I've been going here since just after the opened. High end professional service with the style to match. All the latest Euro mags to read. Nat is pretty cute too ;)
