I would not use this company again, and the only reason I have not taken the matter to the CAV is that I would rather never hear again from this business (especially the owner).

They were employed to resolve an issue, but ultimately made it worse. When given the opportunity to correct, they blamed other factors without proper consideration - essentially any excuse other than their installation work, then demanded payment for the call-out.

Owner was rude and unprofessional, and ultimately it seems wrong as well. A subsequent company came in for other unrelated matters, then ended up resolving their issue for us by modifying their cabling.

Richard and a young apprentice came out to fix a fault in our home alarm system. The response to my job was quick, and they got the job done! I would recommend them to others, thanks.
