For the first time in my son's life - and 2 years/2 lots of glasses in a row - he didn't have headaches after receiving his glasses. Prior to this, he'd had headaches all the time and even worse after receiving new glasses. This tells me that Richard was the first to get my son's strong prescription perfectly correct therefore preventing the eye strain that was causing the headaches. I'm really impressed and so is my son.

Staff were great with my children. They also asked my permission to send a report to the primary school so the classroom teacher was aware of the results.
