We rent a property in the eastern suburbs.

Without naming individuals my experience with the staff at this branch to be extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.

One of the staff members there hardly responds despite multiple emails and calls to have issues fixed around the house. On top of communication issues they seldom follow through on their commitments.

When I called through to the branch to chase up an overdue payment to a tradesmen, every person I spoke to sounded like they had an air of indifference about them.

We had two separate incidents last year where due to flooding from the above units - several rooms and sections of our home were made uninhabitable.

Whilst the emergency work carried out was done swiftly - the follow-up was abysmal - taking months to get some issues addressed resulting in mould and permanently damaged goods.

Not once have I encountered a shred of proactivity on their behalf however they are proactive & quick to send through notices of unpaid rent.

I have informed them that should this behaviour continue that I would make a complaint to the relevant people of which Fair Trading is one of them.
