Popped by here for an evening coffee for the long weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of coffee served. Serving a younger crowd I didn't have too many expectations but definitely will be back in the future.

We rent a property in the eastern suburbs.

Without naming individuals my experience with the staff at this branch to be extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.

One of the staff members there hardly responds despite multiple emails and calls to have issues fixed around the house. On top of communication issues they seldom follow through on their commitments.

When I called through to the branch to chase up an overdue payment to a tradesmen, every person I spoke to sounded like they had an air of indifference about them.

We had two separate incidents last year where due to flooding from the above units - several rooms and sections of our home were made uninhabitable.

Whilst the emergency work carried out was done swiftly - the follow-up was abysmal - taking months to get some issues addressed resulting in mould and permanently damaged goods.

Not once have I encountered a shred of proactivity on their behalf however they are proactive & quick to send through notices of unpaid rent.

I have informed them that should this behaviour continue that I would make a complaint to the relevant people of which Fair Trading is one of them.

I found 4 Elements Plumbing through Oneflare and like others have said here - the level of customer service, transparency and quality of work from them was second-to-none.

We had years (potentially decades) worth of solid gunk & build-up in our kitchen pipes leading to an eventual complete blockage. Fixed within the hour + clean-up. Now our kitchen sink drains perfectly.

I will be recommending Luke and his team to others and will be relying on their services for all future plumbing jobs. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Superb staff and friendly doctors. I called through to reception to get a blood-test done to see what I'm immune to as I'm travelling overseas. From the phone call, to booking in a time, to the way I was greeted in the reception - the quality of service given was on point. Zero hassle and admin staff are extremely diligent and very responsive. Seeing a few doctors come in and out of their offices and they were all extremely polite and approachable.

Highly recommend coming here due to their exceptional customer service.

Ah the Ol' Growler! Came here for the first time yesterday and will no doubt come back in the future. A dying breed of quality underground bars, you walk in and feel like you're in the galley of a ship of a Tarantino movie. You can't help but yell out a "y'arggggh joost pass me a point ov beer" as you kick a wooden stool in place and sit down on their homely rustic tables and fling on an eye-patch. Burgers are on point and definitely try a side of chips with cheese n gravy but the highlight for me was the blue-cheese dipping sauce that came with the southern style wings (also comes with one of their signature burgers). Could eat this with almost anything!

Also, if you're a chips fan, this place definitely boasts some of the best battered chips I've ever had. Don't let their humble look fool you, chomp down on one and enjoy its delicious crispyness.

Staff are friendly too and more than happy to throw around some good banter.

The below approx. price is per person and should be more than enough to satisfy even the oldest of growlers.

When we first came here in 2010, this place occupied a small hole-in-the-wall with a kitchen (it was really small). We literally ordered out of a window on the street and ate on a table outside. The brunch food was delicious.

Going back after 5 years I wasn't surprised at all to find this cafe has doubled its floor space and constantly has a queue of brunch-munchers outside.

Went back and ordered the seared Tuna salad and was blown away by the quality of food. As far as brunches go - a little on the pricier side but worth every cent.

Only caveat? It gets so busy and packed that I can't help but empathise with some of the staff who seem tired at forcing a smile all day hence staff might not be the most responsive but it's completely understandable.

Food here is fresh, new, and delicious. Unfortunately there's one waitress that that ruins the service quality of this place. I've been here on a few occasions and every time there's the same rude, impatient waitress. Shame though because the food is some of the best in Sydney!

Absolutely superb!
Not only are TigerPrint's quality of work outstanding (they have been providing customised branded DL flyers, notepads, envelopes for years now) but their level of customer service is outstanding. Gary has often gone above and beyond what is expected to ensure a great product and swift delivery even if it's interstate!

We ordered through an external delivery service for our team lunch and while the food that arrived was amazing - they left out a Tofu Bao from our order...how apt that it was mine. Was I peeved? Yes, however I have since been reimbursed.
Overall great food however sometimes they miss the mark on order accuracy.

We regularly frequent this cafe as it's conveniently located near our office. Staff are friendly and more than happy to exchange banter around.

The only drawback is that they only allow stamps for hot drinks. Coffee is decent and the food is a hit 'n miss for myself. Some foods are absolutely incredible (like the Chorizo roll or gourmet lamb burger).
