I bought my house through R&W, I like their service and they have very good properties all time. People working over there are friendly.

I had my rental property managed by the property managers in this agency. While the actual property managers may not be the worst, this agency takes on far too many properties on their books with the result that your property gets very little attention. This may not be a problem if you have model tenants, but it definitely becomes a problem when you don't, which is probably a more common situation. In the end you end up "managing" the property manager to make sure the job gets done, which beats the purpose of hiring one in the first place. This agency has cost money through poor management and not a month went by where I wouldn't have to call them to sort something out. I would not hire them again.
