what a mistake, most unhelpful , after sales service EVER - my mistake for thinking i was getting a good deal, the quality is so dismal its pathetic, and the distance to get assistance makes it even harder , a dud Rover made in China package the tyres go flat , the fuel tank on the brush cutter basically disintegrated, the wheel baro i found out was a cheap 249 job

Just bought a Husqvarna ride on. It was delivered today. The ride-on is fantastic, mows up and down my slope as promised. The staff came out to my property to inspect it before selling me the mower. They also threw in a free trailer and, one year extended warranty and first free service.

Recently bought a mower from them. The staff were very helpful in recommending the right mower for my lawn. They even filled the mower with fuel and oil, started it and spent another 15 minutes giving me a detailed explanation on how to service my mower. I have since been back to purchase a trimmer and blower. I will go back again.

Bought a mower under the advice of the sales assistant. Told it was a good reliable brand. They knowingly sold what I have now come to learn is one of the worst brands on the market and then when it constantly failed refused to acknowledge it was their problem. After further checking it appears there reputation is the worst among those that know the business well. Shame I have to give them one star.
