Absolutely fantastic service. I took my Volvo XC90 here as it had a problem with the air-con. After four visits to Silverstone Volvo (Doncaster), they were unable to fix the issue - even after spending 6k on repair costs. The guys at Richmond Auto were able to diagnose and fix the issue, even when Volvo gave up!
They also provide the best customer service around!
I'll be taking my Volvo XC90 here for every service - No more Silverstone Volvo.
