Every time I buy a shirt for work, or a new pair of pants, I always stop-by Carol's Alterations, inside Myer.
Carol provides the best customer service, and her alterations are always perfect!
Carol has also accepted all of my crazy ideas, including creating new cuffs from different materials, removing pockets, etc. to which she has completed perfectly!
The turnaround time is very quick - on one occasion I required a shirt to be altered and picked-up on the same day, which Carol was able to do.
Carol's Alterations are much better than 'Alter It'.

Absolutely fantastic service. I took my Volvo XC90 here as it had a problem with the air-con. After four visits to Silverstone Volvo (Doncaster), they were unable to fix the issue - even after spending 6k on repair costs. The guys at Richmond Auto were able to diagnose and fix the issue, even when Volvo gave up!
They also provide the best customer service around!
I'll be taking my Volvo XC90 here for every service - No more Silverstone Volvo.
