DO NOT USE: Suggest you use anyone other than Richtek, they cancelled the job 4 times and then when we asked for a refund (we were silly enough to pay upfront for a 10% discount) they said they would refund and still no funds returned I have called and sent messages they say yes we will do that today and then nothing. Looks like lots of other people have the same issues, call the media if they are stuffing you around (that's what I will be doing) also 3 to 4 times the price of anyone else. Matthew Richardson states he stands behind every job, more like hides behind very shoddy work practices

I had very good communication with John when I asked the guys to sort out a plumbing job,John called me and. Said he would be a bit later which was good of him to let me know.When he arrived he was very friendly and gave me very good service

Our HWS died 2 weeks ago on a Monday morning, Richtek was the first, and only, Company I called. I was told within 2 hours, 1 1/2 hours later Luke was at my door, that same afternoon a temporary HWAS was fitted and the next day a new one was installed. 2 weeks later my kitchen tap fell to pieces, someone is coming out tomorrow to fit a new tap, and this is 2 weeks before Christmas!
I cannot recommend Richtek highly enough!

I would never recommend Richtek. I needed electrical work done in a hurry and made the cardinal mistake of not reading their online reviews or getting second quotes. After the fact i established they charged me more than 3 times what any other reputable Company would have charged. Must surely be the worst experience that i have had.

Called these guys to fix an issue with power that went off during a storm, they arrived quickly and fixed the issue - amazing service.

I contacted Richtec to fix a leak into the cavity wall at the back of a cistern. I was desperate and signed off on half of the quote as a deposit. When I received their quote by email it did to make a lot of sense. The quotation was $1000. I had second thoughts and the job was done for $270 by another plumber. This firm is very good at taking advantage of the situation, and demanding half payment for a wildly inflated quote. Do not use them!

We didn’t accept their quote so they shut off our power and called western power. When western power arrived they turned our power back on and apologised for the traumatic experience. All I wanted was a power point !!!

Overinflated price. Demanded 50% deposit before emailing me their terms and conditions. No cooling off period.

Jake & Zac from Richtek worked in 39deg heat for 2 days & reinstalled my gas connection outside my 3 storey townhouse to the first floor kitchen and installed a new gaspoint, including two airvents and a new water heater was also installed. All rubbish was removed including the old large gas water storage heater, they were excellent, efficient, tidy and pleasant. I would highly recommend these two professional young men.
