The ride home on the bike that was serviced today was such an improvement - it felt like having a new bike again.
A few suggestions though:
I wasn’t told pre service when I asked if a rear basket and odometer could be attached to the bike during the service that this would incur a cost.
The odometer now slips around the handle bars as it was reattached with cable ties and not its bracket. Not a great result.
The bike seat height was altered (to the highest setting) without me being informed. I didn’t realise this until I began to ride off and fell as I lost balance trying to get a foot to the ground after attempting to seat myself (I am an older rider). I returned to Ride 365 and told them what had happened and received an apology.

Located on the bike path surrounding Lake Ginninderra in Belconnen. The best bike shop I've come across in Canberra. They are more than happy to let you test ride a bike around the lake. They service all makes and models of bikes and are happy to service bikes of any age. Service staff are all friendly and very helpful and are eager to answer any questions you might have. Prices are very competitive.
