I bought a set of Wiltshire saucepans and they are fabulous. Very happy with the saucepans and the service. The price was very favourable and the quality is more than I hoped for. Also loved the note at the bottom of the order signed by Mary. It added that human touch.

The quality of service I received from the representative of Right Buy was incredible. This is not service that I am used to. This is a Great company.

Hi itgirl41. Appreciate your comment, but please not that Rightbuy never spams anyone. We only email to those subscribed on our newsletter (which is sent twice a month) -we use industry standard emailing systems with double opt in such as mailchimp. Post transaction customers get one chance to review and thats it. Can you please send us the email that you believe to be spam so that we can look into this further? Thanks.

I had been searching for a dressing gown for my 93 year old mother with specific details and I finally found it at right.buy. Garment description was accurate and so was sizing. Delivery was on time and whe whole experience was easy and fast.

I had purchased this particular product from another supplier previously but they now did not stock it. I purchased it from Right Buy and at a cheaper price than I had previously paid for it. They were also very prompt with delivery. A very satisfied customer.

Not long after I put through the order I had an email from then saying there was an issue with my credit card, I checked the details (my fault) and advised them of the correct number, they processed it asap and I had the goods in my hand three days later. Great follow up and personal experience.
