Friendly efficient service. We have been going to this clinic for decades! We currently have 3 Cairn Terriers and the care they receive is outstanding. Blood test results came through within minutes today. We saw Vet Nurse Clare (fantastic) and Vet Collette via phone. Thoroughly recommend. Sonia runs the puppy school and is skilled and a delight.

I have been bringing my boarder collie to this clinic for the last seven years from puppy school to the present day. The staff are caring, professional and friendly. The care they have provided has been impeccable!

Both times that I have taken my cat here, all the staff have been so friendly and attentive. The doctors knew what they were talking about and fixed up my kitty as good as new. I paid $59 for the consultation, which is pretty standard. Have found my new permanent vet clinic!

This is the vet to go to if your pet is sick around the ringwood area. Excellent staff that will fix the problem the first time. I would highly recommend this vet.

We took our cat here as he had an abscess on his head. The staff were very caring and the veterinarian was very knowledgeable and friendly. They treated our cat with the utmost care and tenderness. He ended up getting a shot of antibiotics (more expensive than tablets but worth it!) and an anti-inflammatory. They cleaned the wound up and gave advice on how to care for it while it healed.

I had my kitten June desexed and vaccinated here - they were really nice and made me feel comfortable leaving her there, I was very confident she was in good hands and I have had a very bad experience at another vet when getting one of my ferrets desexed so I was especially nervous. All the staff were so friendly and helpful when I dropped her off, when I picked her up and when I returned for getting her stitches out. June was as good as new the very next day after her operation. I was so happy!

With 2 'precious' monsters this clinic has been wonderful. The care they show to each animal is second to none and my dogs genuinely LOVE going there. Their knowledge is great and I feel quite safe and justified in recommending them to any pet owner.

The best animal clinic I have ever dealt with. The staff are very warm and caring, and they were extremely supportive and compasionate when I had to have my 16 yr old dog put to sleep. Kim (vet) is very down to earth and very intuitive and has been spot on when diagnosing any problems with my 3 kids. Dont think twice about taking your loved ones there...they will be in very safe hands.

Their professionalism, care and dedication is just great. These guys really are good. My dogs love visiting the clinic and are always greeted with big cuddles. Thanks to Kim and her staff, my dogs' ongoing illnesses are totally under control and they are fit and healthy. I can't thank them enough
