In March 2014 I ordered a fence and 2 gates (one on the left side of the house, one on the right). They sent me 2 quotes (one for the fence, one for the gates) and asked that I pay a deposit (half of my total share) right away. I did as such, and they contacted my neighbour for his share. My neighbour was about to start building and it came to light that part of his house would be build directly on the boundary, hence we couldn't build the fence (or the left gate) until his house was done, and also meaning we would need less fence, therefore costing less. I did not receive any amended quote or invoice. I asked them to install the right hand side gate and they charged me $80 for the fact it wouldn't be done at the same time as the other jobs. I reluctantly agreed (we needed a gate as without it there was free access to the back of our house) and it then took them 2 whole months before anyone actually came and installed the gate. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and my neighbour is ready for our fence to be installed. They came and did the job, although terribly. The bottom of the fence is so far from the ground that our dog could easily fit underneath. It also means that the top of the fence does not join up with the back fence - it sits about 30 cm higher and looks stupid. Not only that, but they installed the second gate on the right hand side of the house, instead of the left. I am still waiting for them to come and fix this.
Overall, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I brought my cat here as he had nasty wounds all over his body. They brushed it off as just fight wounds and gave him some antibiotics. I asked for a cone to stop him from scratching his wounds and making them worse, and the doctor said he wouldn't need one because of the anti-inflammatory she had given him. A couple of days later I received a follow up phone call, which was a pleasant surprise. I requested the cone again but he did not get better. The staff were friendly enough but I was overall dissatisfied with my experience here.

I bought a card from Rapid Tune which entitled me to 3 free services (normally they charge $145 for 1 general service) and discounts off a few different services, valid for a year for $150. While they did a good job on the general service, any extras that needed doing were outrageously priced, for example they said all my shock absorbers needed to be changed and quoted $1,300, amongst other things. Will not be returning to this mechanic.

I can not speak highly enough of this establishment. Not only does The Tan Shop offer a huge range of services, from solariums and spray tans, to hair colours, cuts and extensions and any other beauty service you can think of (like waxing, lash extensions, teeth whitening, manicures, etc. etc.) but the service is absolutely exceptional! The owner, Marcus, is usually around and remembers every customer's name and makes everyone feel very welcome, as do all the other staff. It's fantastic value for money and I walk out of this shop feeling great every time (and I've been coming here for a few years now!)
