Had chronic spinal issues for the last 25 years,
Been to quite a few physio clinics for diagnosis, treatment and management
Decided to give this a go as was down near garden city shopping centre with female friend who had to go for physiotherapy.
Found the physio friendly n easy to chat to. Value n quality was average as I did not feel much change or benefit after 3 treatment sessions. Had to travel a fair way to them in high traffic... Probably stick to a clinic closer to home

I went in for a stress reducing massage. It was great, a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the massues was very nice. I really benefitted from it and I will go again.
