I had Rite Price out for an evaporative air con service. Harrison from Rite Price rang before he arrived and was on time, very professional, pleasant and informative. I have previously spoken to Trevor at Clovelly Park who was also very helpful and informative. I will definitely see Rite Price for my future heating and cooling needs and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Shopped around and decided to go through the munno para branch. The whole process was going to spend over 11k we had to keep asking questions about the unit. Thought they were the sale people. Obviously we were wrong. Should have gone with our cut feeling and not proceeded with the purchase. Unit got installed and had issues from the start. We refused to pay until it was all sorted. It's been over 2 months and we actually have someone here fixing our man hole which they broke on one of there many times they had to come back
Had Rite Price Heating & Cooling which he called himself a manager lol not surewhere he got his job title from as he is to gutless to respond to your calls and he passed the buck to his other manager Rite Price Heating & Cooling. unprofessional and accesses you of lying all the time. Well we had evidence so boy did we prove her wrong but did we get an apology? He'll no as thats not what they give. So if you want a family owned business that's all about customer service and satisfaction than DO NOT use right price.

We had our Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning installed buy Rite PRice Heating and Cooling and the experience has been great. We purchased the system from them and the installation process was smooth and awesome!!! Thanks guys

I had Rite Price Heating and Cooling install a Mitsubishi Electric 7 zone ducted reverse cycle Mr Slim last September (2017). Apparently my builder had damaged the air con pipes that were installed during the pre-fix and we had a frosting issue. The guys from Rite Price Heating and Cooling patiently and systematically tested many possible causes and finally identified the spot that was damaged. And fixed it! The air conditioner feels like a blast freezer now and we even have to scale back on the temperature!

I promised to write this review for some time so finally got round to it. If you want a quality product, and excellent workmanship and professionalism, I strongly recommend this company. I especially like their focus on getting things done or resolved! Keep doing good guys!

I had rite price heating and cooling out to fix my airconditioner. The repair man got it heating. While he wrote out the &120.00 bill I tried the cooling. It didn't work. When I told him he said the fuse that he had just put in had blown because he used the wrong size fuse. When I asked him to put the right fuse in he said he didn't have one. I asked him if he could get one but he said no. What a rip off. He thought I wouldn't notice the wrong size fuse until the weather heated up and then the fuse would have blown when I attempted to use the airconditioner in cooling mode. I rang [redacted personal identifier] and got no where. Silly me thinking that a repair man repairs things. Invoice 25719.
Very sneaky, NEVER AGAIN.

First contact with Mark in our initial meeting for our new home at Craigburn Farm was very easy.

6 months after and our new home has the first fix completed. Mark worked with our builder to make this happen in record time before Gyprock stage.

The installers worked well and were clean and friendly.

Filled out their online contact form but were never contacted. Had to phone for someone to came out and quote. They came out to quote but never got back to us with a price. Contacted them again but they said they had been busy and would definitely email quote the next day. Never received a quote or even an email saying they were not interested in doing the job. Very poor customer service not to even contact us. Have since used another company to fit the ducted reverse cycle.

Had a split system installed by then recently. Was happy with the competitive quote, was happy with the install OTHER than the electrician, what a cowboy! After they had left noticed I could see daylight shining through an exhaust fan in the ensuite. Went up on the roof and found a gaping hole left as one tile had been completely split in two and one half had fallen into the roof space. Three other tiles had been badly damaged and had to be replaced. The hole, which was near the ridge capping required repair by a roofer, lucky it hadn't rained. Very poor effort and I would never use them again!

We had a Mitsubishi Electric ducted reverse cycle system fitted by Rite Price Clovelly Park at the end of April 2013 to replace our old and tired Daikin system. We had an 8 oulet system designed by them with all new ductwork. From the sales consultant to the tradies and installers on the day & the quality and cleanliness of the work we are super pleased with the result and the quality and performance of the system.
They were about $1200 plus better value than like quotes from other firms and they employ all their own staff so no sub contractors to have to deal with (this was something that appealed to me no matter who we went with). There was a small minor issue with a couple vents not quite sitting flush by a minor amount but they sent someone out the day after we called and it was fixed. I would happily use them again if and when needed and more than happily recommend.
