Never buy from this company. I had the most terrible experience with them. We had compared them to another company and decided to go ahead with them as they said they were able to install a few days sooner.

After spending almost $8000 on a new heat/cool system, it didn't work from the moment it was installed (which the installer acknowledged). They sent someone out the next day and fiddled with it but it still didn't work. They made so many excuses as to why it wasn't there fault and, although we had paid them for the machine, they 'passed the buck' to LG (who the machine was made by). Two weeks later they refuse to do anything to help, wont give us the details of the General Manager or Owner (as they can only be contacted in writing!) and tell us to keep trying LG subcontractors to help us get it fixed.

upgraded my ducted heating with add on cooling,young workers came,electrician drilled wrong holes in my wall,at the end of the day the unit was not working,told"sorry call service centre"tech came three days later said it was fixed,on the weekend hot temps , doesn't work,still waiting for the unit to work and still have holes in my walls,oh by the way,no explanation of how to use the zones and also the lounge and study were wired up in the wrong order,NO KIDDING,unbelievable,waiting on the tech for wednesday,will keep posted how it works out.

Quoted and fitted a slit system for me and the salesperson was lovely. The team that came to do the installation were efficient, prompt and left the place clean and explained the operation of the unit to me before leaving
