Totally unprofessional.

Booked my son in weeks ago for lessons during the holidays. The lessons were supposed to be his birthday present. They failed to show this morning and when I called, she said that although she'd taken the booking, she had forgotten to book the driver. My son has no lessons these holidays and no birthday present.

I am reminded of a Seinfeld episode:
Jerry: I don't understand. Do you have my reservation?

Rental Car Agent: We have your reservation, we just ran out of cars.

Jerry: But the reservation keeps the car here. That's why you have the reservation.

Rental Car Agent: I think I know why we have reservations.

Jerry: I don't think you do. You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.

Too late now to get any lessons with anyone these holidays.

Too bad I can't give zero stars

This is my humble and honest opinion.
Driving school might be a good one, not all the instructors cannot be good. I would like to share my honest experience with one of the instructors named [Redacted name]. If you have more money in your wallet and enough time to waste on the road, please select this instructor. He took 26 classes for me and in each every class, he says, don't think you are wasting money and time. Of course, its waste of time and money.

If I did anything wrong, he got enough blood pressure and made me feel that I had committed greatest mistake on this planet. If anybody wants more details, I can send you the log book snapshot. This is not a revenge or venge or anger. This is my humble and honest opinion once again. If, still people want to select [Redacted name] as your instructor, please go ahead without any hesitation. Apart from the above issues [Redacted name] is a great man and the greatness can be observed after first few classes.
