I read on one of there pages glowing reviews about service and professional workmanship.
Note this is the only place I have found to write a review , not on there official site. I like to look after my GSA1250 and expect service departments to do the same.
My experience has been terrible and I regret using them on several occasions for service and a recent recall. I should have taken it elsewhere even if it meant a couple of days to do so.
I have had damage to my bike which I discovered by showing up to check what was taking so long after 3 to 4 days had past and no call to pick up.
A repair of damage was underway at the time , and now I find more evidence of damage that was not apparent at the time. Previously had a repair that always reappeared as an issue . Parts fitted that were not installed properly .
BMW should pull there dealership before they damage more bikes. There mechanics are either untrained or completely incompetent , maybe unsupervised and unchecked. If they can not find qualified mechanics they should not be servicing. Ask yourself do you want these clowns working on your bike. I have zero trust that parts have not been swapped out now also. As a bike with less than 10 000 klms at 3 years old always garaged could have signs of serious age.
Yes I should have gone to BMW Australia about this , but was far too busy at the time to start a battle . So there’s my review , and as for the glowing reviews I say must be all BS !!!

Companies normally provide 'service' of a sort, but not many provide 'good helpful service' - Rock Motorcycles is definitely of the latter category.
Undertook an unscheduled repair to a Honda Goldwing and received professional assistance. All team members were excellent to talk to and were helpful. Well done!

I have always owned Honda's and have always looked after my bikes and got them serviced by the local Honda dealer no matter where I lived even if I had not brought the bike from them. But these guy's were arrogant and flatly refused to service my 1995 Honda CB1000F (It was to have it's 48 thousand kilometer major service but I wasn't able to get it into the shop until I'd arrived in port macquarie and it had only 50,000ks on the clock and still looked like new) They said that my bike was too old and that if anything broke while they were undoing a bolt or part then they would have to buy a replacement for it and that they were not in the habit of doing this and so said that my bike was too old and that they would not service it, but would I like to buy a new bike from them then they would service it.........Well no way was I going to spend any my money ever with them ever again. I will be going to any other motorcycle dealer even if I just have to buy a washer or screw I will never be spending any of my hard earned cash in their store ever again, and I will tell all I can about their attitude and warn them away from Rock Motorcycles. Very BAD business.

Approximate cost: $never spend any money there, buy your stuff from elsewhere!!
