This was the worst haircut I have ever had. They didn't listen to what I wanted and cut it so short that I'm lucky to have any hair left, then went on to thin it out so my hair then looked like straw. I went to another hairdresser to get it fixed and they wouldn't touch it and said they wouldn't know how to fix it. I ended up cutting the straw like hair bits off myself and making in even .

This salon has a very friendly atmosphere , they were very professional with great stylists and there color work was exceptional at a fraction of the cost that I was paying at a salon in Kew. Highly recommend it to anyone that want's to be treated like a client not a number.. They use l'oreal which I find very conditioning colors for my hair .
