In a customer orientated business, I believe the shop attendand should provide a top of the line customer service in order for the existing customers to come back and spread the word of mouth to the potential clients. My theory if you please one customer, this customer will tell 10 other people about their fantastic experience and this people will tell 10 more and so on, before you know, every one wants to shop at the place where while you are getting the best deal, you are also treated like a human being. But in a situation where you received a terrible customer service at the store, you will obviously firstly just walk out and not purchase anything and at the end, to get rid of the bad taste in your mouth will call everyone you know and tell them about the store and the disgusting customer service it provides. In all fairness, I would never step foot in Rockmans store at Eastlakes, very dissapointed potential customer.

A very good clothing store, they often have amazing sales with some products reduced by more than half price. A good range from casual, smart casual and work clothing, they also have a good range of accessories from jewelery, handbags, scarves and sunglasses. The staff are friendly and willing to help if you ask.
