I would use again if we ever have to move .
They were very professional and the best aspect I would say, would be the personal touches .
The in house quote, delivery of boxes and then on moving day- we always felt it was under control, even with the rain, they had prepared blankets and also wrapped the couches as to not stain. We were very happy overall.

5 stars- My flatmates and I needed to move from 2 different addresses and we organised 2 trucks for a simultaneous move.
Darren organised the move and had 2 teams , two truck organised for this and sent great teams.
Went without a hitch, apart from a little mark on a wall ( but they had a guy come a and repair that the next day !! ) Friendly guys and seemed quite experienced, with how they moved some of the bigger items up and down stairs at each end.

Approximate cost: $720

Booked these guys for our move into storage.
They provided boxes a week before and on the day, they wrapped the fragile items with bubble wrap.
Happy with the overall service and came in a little under budget, which was nice.

Did not show up even though we had booked in advance and confirmed two days prior. Numerous phone calls to the office line and mobile were unanswered and three voice messages were ignored. We were left scrambling to find same day movers. Rockstar Removals are highly unprofessional and since speaking to other companies to book a replacement service - have a name within the industry for taking bookings and never showing up...

Very nice guys , who managed the stairs without any issues.
The move was from Southbank to Richmond last Wednesday.

Found them through my Real estate agent and used last weekend.
They were on time, did a superb job and was around our expected budget..Jp and Hamish were polite and well spoken and explained clearly the process throughout. Was nice being in the loop so to speak.
They stopped the clock for 20 mins, during heavy rain, thanks guys.

*****DO NOT USE******* after multiple emails confirming that didnt turn up today for my move. I rang the landline and left a message, called the mobile and left a message. Called the movile another 3 times then they turned the phone off. I still havent heard from them and why they didnt turn up. Thankfully i was given the contact details for another removalist who were able to fit me in. Horrible experience. Word needs to be spread through as many search engines as possible. I wish i could give negative stars.

Had them help us with our 4 seater couch that needed to be lifted up via the 4th floor balcony.
Awesome to watch, but was scary to watch at same time, as it was lifted up- but great skill and quick service.
Happy and all completed without a problem!!

We live in an apartment and had to book the lift for moving in advance. On the moving day, they did not turn up, did not give us a call, and could not be contacted!!!! highly unprofessional. We had to look for another removalist and rebook the lifts for the next day, it was very stressful. Their price may be competitive, but it's not worth all the stress and trouble.

They were referred by our building manager so we had high expectations from the outset.
Thankfully, the guys Jay and Darren lived up to them pretty easily.

But in all seriousness, affordable service- they offered free wrapping for my mattress and bubble wrapped my TV and glass cabinet as well.
I like the uniforms, nice and blue- sporty professional guys who talked the talk and walked the walk,'
