Never had a bad meal there - I find the restaurant very noisy though as the tables are very close together. You can't go wrong with anything off the menu there - The chicken scallopini is top quality.

Nice ambiance to the place, friendly staff and a good range of meal choices. Food was quite good value and the scallops were excellent. Will have to try the deserts next time.

This is a lovely 'authentic' Italian restaurant. Aparently the grandparents are helping in the kitchen. The pasta's is very tasty with lots (and I mean lots) of sauce. I've tried the pizza's there too and are very yummy. Atmosphere is more cafe than restaurant. The staff are very friendly. Well priced too. One of my favourite italian places.

The Roman Empire is a fantastic Italian restaurant. Food quality is superb, atmosphere is great, staff are friendly and truly care about your dining experience. Menu has good range of choices and taste to suit all. I found them through the SE Qld Entertainment Book but go back time and time again for the quality.

I go here a fair bit with my family and friends and it's a lovely place to have a night out. Because it's a open plan it can get a bit cold at night some times and windy but just take a jacket because the food is so worth it

This is one of the best places you will ever eat. The prices are reasonable, staff for then eager to help and most important all of the food is home made by people who learned it from their parents. I know the owners of this restaurant and you will never met nicer people who know how to make great food. They have a great atmosphere and the prices are very reasonable.

Went to dinner there with friends recently. We arrived on time but friends arrived late. The staff were very friendly and constantly checked if we wanted drinks to buy (maybe a little too many times but anyway). Staff service was excellent during dinner and the food was awesome. Great serving sizes too. Definitely will go back. Had a great night
