Rosalie is very professional, helpful and supportive towards people in need including people of the CALD.
She does not only do assessment and counselling, she will also identifies other problems individual might have which therefore reflects her caring attitude towards people in need.

honest and personal, genuinely cares about her clients. a little left of the middle, and can be quite confronting, but will listen and explore anywhere you need to go. once extended my session due to a cancellation - with no extra charge. definitely not what i xpected- but a whole lot better.
