I have just had my first visit with Dr. Sapan Pannu at Rosanna Family Dental. I found her to be a very professional, gentle and caring lady. I am a very anxious patient because of past experiences [redacted clinical content]. I am now having my dental files sent to her practice and highly recommend her to family and friends and interested public.

I have a fear of dentists hence why it's taken me 15 years since my last check up. Being in extreme pain I couldn't take it anymore and made a booking. They got me booked in immediately. [redacted clinical content]. [redacted clinical content] but let me tell you I lost sleep the few days prior to the extraction to the point I almost cancelled. I went through with it and the dentist and assistants were very understanding and caring and made the whole process (before, but during and after) a [redacted clinical content] pleasant one. I was very surprised. I now no longer have a fear and will continue to use them as my regular dentistry going forward for myself and my family. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Also the price was very reasonable as I had previous quotes which were more expensive.

My experience at this dental surgery was great. The dentist was efficient, professional and caring. It is also not ridiculously expensive.

As someone with high anxiety, Dr Pannu puts you immediately at ease with her calm bedside manner and easy to understand explanations of what is planned for your visit.

I had put off going to the dentist for a number of years, and the longer I put it off, the more anxious I became. Dr Pannu reassured me all would likely be fine, and was calm and reassuring throughout the exam.

Like anything, I wish it were a little cheaper, but I am happy to pay a slightly higher premium for quality and caring service. That being said, Rosanna Family Dental is still an affordable dental clinic.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

So friendly and gentle. But most importantly Dr Pannu took the time to really explain things to me, showed me the x-rays and explained all my options.

Dr Pannu is friendly and highly professional. No stress. Good value. A pleasant and comfortable experience.

Dr Pannu is a very friendly professional dentist, who provides a no-nonsense service & good value too. This was my first visit & I won't leave it as long between visits. Would recommend highly.
