Great Family Dental practice. My four year old looks forwards to her visit! Dr. Pannu is very friendly and warm [Retracted Medical comment] Highly recommended.

I first went to Rosanna Family Dental to obtain a second opinion on my 3 year old son's teeth. After his first ever dentist appointment I was advised by another dentist that his teeth require urgent attention due to decay. My son would not sit still during his first dentist consultation, as such I was advised that it would be necessary to put him to sleep to treat him. I was also advised by the other dentist that costs would accumulate to more than $1,000.
I am very relieved to have gone to Rosanna Family Dental for a second opinion. They checked my son's teeth even though he refused and pushed back. The dentist remained calm and gentle while assessing his teeth. The dentist even presented a gift to my son on his second visit as they remembered how much he disliked going to the dentist in the past. Furthermore as a bonus I have not paid a cent for both my consultations as the business are aware of the benefits provided by the Government, which are due to expire at the end of the year. To date I cannot thank Rosanna Family Dental enough. My son is actually looking forward to his next follow up appointment!

She is very good with patients who are very nervous and puts them at ease. I still don't like going to the dentist but it's best to go for regular checkups and this is the place to go.

I am not that great at handling a dentist visit but I feel really comfortable and at ease here! There's definitely an effort made to ensure that the client is comfortable and calm.

Make me feel very relaxed and at ease with my dental treatments. I have been going for 3 months now, starting with an emergency appointment. Have since sent another family member as well. Highly recommend :) :)

As a concession holder, although I've had to travel 1 .5 hours distance each direction to receive emergency dental treatment split into 2 private dentalappointments, & not being able to get the molar out (due to complications such as high anxiety and body rejecting the relaxation gas/ local A) ... I believe that the dentist at Rosanna family dental was the most gentle , caring and considerate dentist I've ever been to IN MY LIFE !! I have a strong fear of dentists due to horrific past experiences, but was probably the most relaxed I've come close to being when laying in a dental chair. This dental clinic is open by appointments on a Saturday , accepts cash ,Visa , Mastercard , Barwon Health Concession Vouchers and has the option of 'Happy Gas'for high anxiety patients like myself . Highly recommend for anyone with a fear of the dentist / or needles.

Absolutely fantastic with kids! Highly recommended, very professional but also very gentle and kind.

I have always been petrified of dentists due to my child hood experience with them, hence the reason since 1978 l have only seen a dentist once and that was in 2003. I would normally just put up with the pain. Well this week I had to bite the bullet and find a dentist. Dr Pannu was amazing. I needed a root canal and could not believe how painless it was. Either technology has changed dentistry or I was lucky to find a good dentist. Personally I think it was the latter. Dr Sapan you have restored my faith. Thank you.

Sapan (Dr Pannu) has completely restored my faith and trust in dentists! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and takes the time to explain everything in detail, and most of all, puts the client's needs and interests first. Rosanna Dental is also very affordable, and offers flexible payment plans if needed. I cannot commend Sapan and her lovely team highly enough! BEST DENTIST EVER. I had not been to a dentist for over 2 years as like most people I hate it, but after my visit I will be going twice a year
Thay were so professional and the laughing gas was the best wide awake watching tv so relaxing and pain free
I have already recommended them to friends and will keep spreading the word
