Went to a 70'th birthday party there - the woodfired pizza was made to perfection and the saganaki was awesome - really nice atmosphere and attentive wait staff who were really understanding and aware of food allergies and sensitivities and were happy to make something special just for me - really wonderful experience.
Stumbled upon after staying at a nearby Hotel. Service was excellent, food was delicious and fresh. I had the Smoked Salmon with spinach, egg and relish Yum!
We visited Rosco's several times during our recent stay in Melbourne for the F1. It was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from our hotel, so we had dinner there a few times and take-away one night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and remembered who we were after our first visit. The menu had great variety - from pizzas and pastas to specials. I highly recommend the rack of lamb with it's amazing jus, and the Moroccan lamb was also great (although that was a special so I don't know if it will be available all the time). I also sampled a couple of pasts and loved the tortellini. Great wine list too, and not very expensive. I look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Melbourne. Thanks guys!

A friend brought us to this place about 3 years ago and I have been back many times ever since. The menu here ranges from luscious steaks, tender veal, risottos, pastas, pizzas and stir fries to healthy salads and foccacias. The food here is great - my personal favourites are the Italian Pork Sausage Risotto, Chicken Saltimbocca and Pizza with the Lot. The servings are really generous and the service always warm and friendly. Perfect place for meals with family members and friends.
