We would like to thank all at Roselyn Court for our amazing Wedding Day in January 2016.

All the staff at Roselyn Court were amazing and very friendly making for a very easy and wonderful wedding to organise. We were lucky enough to have the Marquee next to the amazing gardens which was a blessing after all the rain we had on our wedding day.

Thank you also to our lovely emcee Craig who was amazing on the day keeping us updated where we needed to be and kept our day running to time in a gentle and smooth manner.

As for the canapés & drinks after the ceremony and the reception meal I still have guests complimenting and raving about the amazing food and food service.

Each dish was beautifully served and we were very impressed ourselves with the quality and presentation of each meal from the quail to the steak that was hot, melt in your mouth to the chicken that was beautifully succulent and not forgetting the desserts that were beyond expectation.

A huge thank you goes to Kate, John, Faye and Craig for making our day truly amazing and a dream come true.

We got married here in September when we went to book the day they said they had a special deal on which was $100pp, and it was going to end in a couple if weeks and prices are going to jump back up to $115pp. So we booked a date thinking it was $100pp A couple of months later they call us in to pay the deposit. And we are told that the price has jumped up $111!! On the form we signed it said down at the very bottom which we weren't informed about!! It was GST prices which I think was unfair because they told us it was a deal and that it was $100pp and it was a deal they had going at the time. We also had I box of alcohol worth over $4000 which was to be put out on the tables before arrived. At about 9:00pm (ceremony started at 6) my brother in law went into the breast feeding room with his wife opened the cupboard and to find the box of $4000 alcohol we had bought for our wedding sitting In the cupboard. Food quality was excellent but the MC wasn't, overall the only nice thing about this place is the garden and food!

We had our garden wedding on the 14th of November, and were even offered a free upgrade to the larger gardens because they had no other bookings. The garden was beautiful! It was a windy day but the garden blocked out all the wind and everything ran so smoothly. We had our own private room to get ready at the venue to minimize travel time and they staff were very attentive.
We received nothing but positive comments about the food and the quail was to die for!
We could not have been happier and all of our guests mentioned it was the best wedding they have been to. My only disappointment is that we can't re-live the night again! Thank you to the venue and the staff for giving us a night we will remember forever!

Joe and Katherine Hartwig. We had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at the Roselyn Court Homestead on Friday the 11th of October, 2013.

We initially found the place after attending a wedding there in the previous year and then also celebrated a Christmas day there. On both occasions the service, food and experience was fantastic.

We decided to take a tour of Roselyn Court on a Wednesday night for own wedding as well as check a number of other possible venues. We both knew on the first night when we meet some of the staff including the owner and had a tour of the place with the trees all lit up each room individually decorated, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married at.

From the booking right up until the big day, the staff were always helpful and more then happy to help with nay questions about the day. They communicated with us well and made sure we felt ready for the big day.

On the day we found that we never had to ask for anything and the whole night went through without a hitch. The staff were fantastic and no one went hungry. They paid particular attention to Joe and I asked us throughout the night if we were happy and if they could do anymore to help us.

The food was of high quality and tasted fabulous and the portions were quite substantial. You can tell that they do not compromise on quality

In comparison to other places that we visited, Roslyn court provided the best product in relation to quality versus competitive prices.

We have and will continue to recommend Roselyn Court as a perfect venue.

I just recently got married at Roselyn Court Receptions. My day couldn't have been anymore exceptional!! From day 1, the staff and office people at Roselyn Court were helpful, great on communication between my wife and myself, and fantastic in assisting our every need up until, and during the wedding. We were married in the Marquee, and from arrival, it was gorgeously set-up, a great cool temperature (as it was rather warm outside), and then we were escorted to the main gardens for photos with family and friends.

Our Master-of-Ceremonies; Tony was an absolute God-send leading up to, and on the wedding day/evening. He was calm, cool and collected, and was great in walking us through the ENTIRE events of the evening, so that there were no shock surprises on my or my wife's behalf.

The food ....OH MY GOSH THE FOOD!!....being Italian I get pretty fussy with food- especially "reception" food, but the word "reception food" is no where near the category that I would rate the banquet of great food that we had. From the canapes, to the entree, the mains and dessert..OH MY THE DESSERT!!.....my wife and I were just amazed at how brilliant the food was, and how AWESOMELY AMAZING it tasted!! They say you don't remember much about what you eat at your wedding; but I can guarantee we will never forget the food!!

The whole evening, from being announced into the reception, to cutting the cake, to speeches, to dances, it just ran so smoothly, without a hitch. It was definitely such a memorable evening for us, and my wife and I couldn't be more grateful, for the fantastic night, that we, and our family and friends had.

I would highly recommend Roselyn Court Receptions, whether it be for a wedding or any special occasion, as they truly helped in making my wife and I enjoy our special day.

Our wedding ceremony and reception was a great success. Despite the weather being quite warm (which isn't the venues fault) everyone had a great time. The gardens were beautiful and the marquee dressed elegantly. The staff were very fab, especially with our elderly guests and the food was great value and well prepared. We would highly recommend Roselyn Court as a marriage and reception centre.

I had my wedding ceremony here this month and was so disappointed with the service I received. Firstly I booked the time in, giving myself plenty of time to have photos in the gardens there, only to be told after my wedding invitations were printed that I could not use the gardens as they had booked another wedding soon after mine. They asked me to change the time of my wedding after I had already sent my invitations. Then they advised I would be able to take photos in the garden for 1 hour then move to the front gardens. Whilst I was disappointed as this was not what I had paid for I could deal with having photos for one hour in the nicer gardens.
On the day, they told me they would have someone at the gate directing my guests to the marquee. This did not happen, one of my guests asked one of the staff members where to go and was told to keep walking, you will find it in a patronizing way.
The real disappointment came when I was walking down the aisle, to my horror the music stopped when I was about a quarter of the way down the aisle, they then played a different song and changed the music about 4 times, this was meant to be one of the highlights of the day, I was shocked and my guests couldn't believe their ears. I struggle to understand what was so hard about playing the music I had taken so much time to find. It was a total embarrassment.
Three of my guests are getting married in the New Year and were all considering Roslyn Court for their reception and have since reconsidered after seeing how unorganized and unprofessional staffs were on my wedding day.
I was also told the marquee would be air-conditioned on the 39 degrees day, I believe it was hotter in the marquee than it was outside.
Lastly, after my ceremony when we went to take pictures in the garden which I was told I could use for an hour, we were told that we could not use those gardens as there was another wedding so we would have to use the front gardens.
I would not recommend using Roslyn Court for your wedding, they are unorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the embarrassment and have your special day elsewhere.

I went to here for friends wedding. I found the service poor, due to not knowing were to go as there were people every where due to another wedding finishing. Plus they said drinks and canapes after ceremony. Due to the weather we all had to remain in the marquee, The food didn't even make it in the door before it was eaten by hungry guests waiting at the door. At least 80 didn't get any food until 7pm for a 4.30 wedding. Main were served at 9pm.
Wine was not topped up and the table for over and 1hr. I couldn't comment on cost as it wasn't my wedding, but i would have my wedding here.
Needed more staff for pre dinner drinks and food.

we had our wedding ceremony & reception here. and the food was amazing. everyone said how lovely it was. the size of the room was just perfect for us and our MC was so attentive. He kept checking up with me all night, while not seeming to bother me at all which i thought was very well done.
they did muck us around a little by not having the previous party out of the marquee when it was time for our ceremony, which was pretty annoying for my husband to have to deal with. I agree with the review below that they are pretty sneaky at fitting as many couples in as they can.
overall it was they best night we have ever had

I attended a function here, and the place was pleasant, a nice Victorian setting. Service was good, and the food was about what you would expect from a reception venue.

Approximate cost: $60
