They explain how the investments work and also explain that there is no magic way to earn, you just manage the amount of risk and move to the lowest fee investments.
I was really impressed with the honesty and no nonsense approach they have.
We wanted to know if we could retire early and how much we would have to live on and then how long it would all last. How to setup in-trust-for accounts for a young family, income protection insurance, wills, life insurance. We received the plan and it detailed how it would work for the next 30 - 40 years. They are also very approachable via email and phone for follow up questions etc..
Highly recommended and completely independent, a combination thats hard to find.
