I was very pleased with the service that i was provided. The bicycles are all kept in the highest of order, as well as genuinely friendly staff. They were very polite and efficient as i knew what i wanted. You get your accessories like a lock and its the better wya to see all the things Rottnest has to offer. I would highly recommend as its very convenient!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful - they make sure the bike is the right one for you and they keep the bikes well maintained. It is a little pricey but bike riding is the best way to get around the island so it's worth it in the end. They come with helmets and a padlock and have the clip on the back that I always put my backpack on I don't have to have it on my back which can get heavy after a while. Great service.

A fantastic and cheap way to explore the island. The staff will give you a demonstration of everything you need to know about the bikes, they will give you hints and tips for things to look out for and to go and see. The bikes seem well maintained and I always felt safe on them.

We decided to rent a bike at Rottnest Island bike hire during our trip through Western Australia. First I was a bit shocked as the bikes turned out to be very basic city bikes (and very unlike my racing bicycle :)), but I got used to it quickly and it was a lot of fun after all. Bike Hire costs about 30$ for a full day. You'll also receive a helmet (just choose one out of the boxes) and a lock. You have to pay a bond of approx. 25$, which you'll get back if you return the bike undamaged.
You have to pay attention to the returning hours, it's quite early in my opinion. So start your day early and you will easily explore the whole island in a single day.
The staff was very friendly and the admistrative effort is not worth mentioning. I would strongly recommend this business.

Great prices to hire a bike and helmet to get around Rottnest Island. Staff were very helpful in getting the right sized helmet and helping me to adjust it properly, and also to fit me to the correct sized bike. The staff gave a quick demo in operating the gears on the bike and tips for which parts of the island to ride to. Only downside to hiring a bike were my sore leg muscles the following day!!!!!! Highly recommend hiring bikes from here.

A great way to get around the island is to hire a bike. For a really inexpensive fee you can get bike and helmet. Be prepared though - the island is really hilly in parts and a pretty good level of fitness is required...our friends had two little kids (7 and 9) and they were up for the challenge! Another one of our party however was not physically up to it and the bike shop operators were very understanding and refunded part of her money when she turned the bike in early. Really good service.
