My son was a patient when his was born. They gave so much care and saved my son. The nurses are so energetic and doctors are great.

this hospitail i had a really good friend in this hospitail and they were really good with everything and making him better and i love how they have a play area for kids who vist and the nurses and doctors were really good service !

My son was a patient here for 3 months. Although any parents does not want there child to have to be here its the best hospital if you have to be there. We were unlucky enough to be on 3 seperate floors. Intensive care level 3 , cockatoo level 4 which is the neuro department and kelpie which is rehab. The place is very new still. They have a meerkats and a giant fish tank starlight room the best nurses and world class doctors and specialists.

they took such good care of our friends little boy when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour as a baby,the support they offered the family was fantastic and the staff were very inspirational

the staff here are amazing at what they do! they are so caring and you can tell they really love what they do. such a great hospital with great doctors and nurses who go above and beyond for everyone

Ive spent nearly my whole life here, and this is my 100% recommended hospital to all of my friends! Im only 16, but the staff are exceptional!!
The nurses are so lovely, and they treat you like family instead of a patient. They help when you need it, and are very helpful with questions.
The volunteers are amazing, and so social!!

My daughter has spent a bit of time here because of a few medical conditions she has. When they were in the old building, even though the place was in need of repair, equipment was second rate, and facilities were lacking, the staff were still so loving, helpful, encouraging and professional! Every time I go back to that hospital for my baby's check ups I get a lump in my throat remembering how wonderful the staff were to me in those weeks of such stress and heart ache.

Great hospital, great staff. Waiting list are very long, but that is not the hospitals fault. The best doctors and nurses are there and there are plenty of activities for the kids while waiting for appointments etc

We attended the Emergency Dept early in the morning with my 2 yo. The Dept was pretty empty and we didn't have to wait long which was a relief. however I found the staff uncaring and dismissive. The triage nurse was grumpy and not at all friendly. The Dr.s appeared tired and not interested. When we were brought into the actual dept. not one member of nursing staff came near us. We had to wait to see a consultant as the other Dr.s were unable to make a diagnosis. At least he was cheerful, energetic and helpful but I could tell he was only guessing what the diagnosis was. We saw a private consultant afterward and the difference was amazing. He knew exactly what the problem was and prescribed the correct treatment. Our sons situation was urgent as he was in a lot of pain and it was rapidly getting worse but I wouldnt attend their Ed again unless it was literally a matter of life or death.

My Child had Brain surgery about a month ago and they were fantastic people and surgeons. We have been back for check up and Have to go back in 3 months for 1 more test and to get the results of the test.
What the surgeon have done to my child is remarkable, my child is now starting to talk alot more and he is becoming more confident and everything that is he doing now.
