We booked into this hotel months ago for the Half Ironman Busselton and got a much lower rate than people who booked later. I believe they paid $200 and I got the $135 rate.

Accomodation-wise, it is a pleasant, clean, neat 2-storey room. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, etc), dining table, sofa (a bit uncomfy) and TV. Upstairs is the bathroom/toilet and bedroom (loft style). It is ok for us but not suitable for families with young children or old or immobile persons as you have to go up and down a steep flight of steps.

There is also a balcony from the room and a small pool in the premise. Reception is friendly.

I would recommend this as it's also well-located in the town centre.
