I booked an appointment because the hair cut I received at another salon looked old fashioned and rushed. Peter fixed my hair and it looks amazing. He spent so much time creating the cut I wanted. He was so particular about ever stage of the cut I have never had anyone take so much time on my Hair to get ever bit right I was so grateful especially after my bad experience. He was so lovely and so were all the girls who spoke with me. I have no problem at all paying a deposit I can understand why As can imagine many cancel on a whim. Love that I have found a top notch hairdresser at last!!!

As a person with extra long hair I usually have a hard time finding a hair salon that cuts my hair to the length and the way I would like. However, my sister had gotten her hair done with Sehee and she had highly recommended her to me. I decided I would go and get my hair done by Sehee and she’s amazing! Sehee is super nice and tends to your hair needs accordingly! Also, the staff at Royals are very welcoming! I 100% recommend!

If I could give this 0 starts I would! I have been chasing Royals for my $150 deposit for well over a month now!! They wanted to charge me double the quoted price, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. They said they didn’t know how to refund my deposit!? I have since made contact, with no response, terrible service. How dare they take my money, I would avoid them at all costs.

Moving to a new county and finding a great hairdresser can be hard but Royals hair salon in Castlehill and especially my hairdresser Sehee have been amazing! The staff are all really friendly and take the time to actually listen to what their clients want! Sehee is an amazing hairdresser and she’s always up for a good chat and laugh!
Would recommend to everyone - the head massage gets 5*s from me too!

Called to make an appointment for my 9 year old son they said I would need to give my MasterCard details and charged $40 but will refund the remaining after the cut finished.
The cut was not what I had requested stating my sons hair wasn’t suitable for what we wanted and was charged $49
When I voiced my opinion that it was very over what I expected to pay the manager stated that I was lucky to get my sons hair cut as they don’t usually cut kids hair!
You live and learn hey not worth any stars

I would not recommend this hairdresser, before you have even sat down to get your hair done they expect a $40 deposit and if you walk in and have to leave for an emergency you don’t get it refunded, money hungry salon with No trust in the clients.... shame cause my hairdresser was lovely but she as a person is not at fault for the owners and managements decisions.. also after my first appointment they say if you write a review we will give you a 10% discount.... so, how many of the reviews are really true, you wouldn’t know...

Royal's Hairdresser charged me $309 for a pony tail hairdo for my daughters formal. [Redacted generalisation]. I would never recommend Royal's hairdressers.
