My husband and I have been to Roy's since mid 2008 once every one - two months on Thursday nights. On a few of occasions we have taken friends and family along and they have also enjoyed dining there. We always choose their great steaks and schnitzels, who knows one of these days we may try something different but we just love our usuals. They are quite reasonably priced. And their service has always been good. The atmosphere is is great.

Went here for coffee and raisin toast on a quiet weekend. The coffee was awful, almost undrinkable. The place was empty and I felt like the staff were trying too hard for something to do. I was asked several times how my toast was, and felt almost like part of the conversation between the staff member and owner, so intrusive was their conversation in the dead-quiet space. There was also some depressing classical music playing. Not a great atmosphere for your weekend.
