they have good value shoes , i guess there mainly for the the younger customer they have a good selection of flats sandles and boots

Ruby shoes have a range of shoes to suit most people. Their prices are great and you find some really good bargains. The quality isn't the best though

The people working there are welcoming and happy, and chatty. The shoes look good and are really affordable. The shoe quality, however, fails. Two weeks and they were falling apart. Now, I've heard that shoes are meant to last two seasons/6 months, and I would have been happy with a couple months... not a couple weeks. This is a case of: 'get what you pay for'. But if you only want to wear them a handful of times, then you'd be pretty happy buying here - trendy and inexpensive footwear. They have multibuy deals - I suggest splitting the deal with a friend, instead of buying two pairs of shoes that wont last long. You;d probably be better off going to another shoe store and invest in a better pair of shoes that will last longer.
