I’m glad that get help from Rosanna, she’s very patient and understanding what I need and help. Very happy with her.

My appointment today was at 3:50 pm. It is currently 5:10 pm and I am still yet to be served. Every time I come here I have an appointment and the shortest length of time I have ever waited has been thirty minutes. This is ridiculous.

Dr Naidoo shows empathy, compassion and great understanding of all my issues.
Gives valuable advice when it is most needed.
I highly recommend Dr Naidoo, also for the short amount of time you have to wait to see him. 10/10 service... Cannot fault his knowledge as doctor. Many many thanks Dr Naidoo.
Staff give excellent service as well. Extremely caring along with a great attitude.

Had a phone consultation today at 8hr50 and still waiting ,been trying to contact them over the phone for the past 1 hr, but in vain as no one is answering the call.Will try again with my usual positive mind but it got it limits and hopefully someone will answer my call ......

Several times I have walked in and been seen within 30 minutes when I need to see a GP. I found it beneficial to request the same GP as this has created continuity of care. Excellent service.

I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I would have to say that the doctors are good and the staff are friendly. As is always the case you get back what you give so be patient, be polite and remember that you are there because you need help

Yes it is a bulk bill no appointment doctors surgery but don't assume appointments are given on a first come, first serve basis. More like a whoever the doctor wants to see basis. I was sitting in a place where I could see the pile of patient files and in the 2 hours I was waiting witnessed doctor after doctor picking and choosing files from the pile. Sometimes even taking up to 10 files at a time and then not returning to the pile until they were done. And it wasn't on a need to see the doctor basis; I was having trouble breathing and almost got put in hospital when I finally saw a doctor and I was in clear view of the doctors every time they came out of their rooms but I saw countless people who had arrived after me who looked healthy get to see a doctor before me. When I enquired where I was in the queue and was told top 5, I still had to wait another 30 minutes. Disgusting, unfair behavior. I would rather pay for my appointment then return to this doctors surgery.

some doctors better than others and wait times can vary from 10 mins to a few hours, but what do you expect from a medical centre.
