Very friendly and knowledgeable service. People who are genuinely caring about your pet and give excellent advise. Amazed when get discounts, makes me feel good -they have to make a living!
Regular customer fortnightly for past 12 months. Good range of fresh meats and other treats. Spend between $20-50 each time. Annoys me that a regular customer like myself who promotes business by word of mouth and dog forums gets charged to the cent eg $30.20 rather than rounding down to nearest dollar. It's the minimum they should offer to regulars. What about a reward card?

These guys are great. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I don't shop anywhere else for my fresh pet meat supplies as you can't go past their service, quality products and great pricing.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff with a great range of products. They have specials for regular purchase and are happy to put an order aside for next day collection. We only buy the fresh bulk beef for our cats from here. I have family that will travel 30mins just to buy from here because we can trust their quality.
Very friendly and helpful staff, prices are competitive and the range of dry and fresh foods for my cats and dog excellent. I am new to SA and have shopped around and these guys are far better than the competition, especially the big chains which don't necessarily provide the best value or service.
Very happy with this shop, they have everything I need. The pet food is very fresh and much better quality than supermarkets, butchers and other pet shops, I have tried, and the prices are a lot cheaper too. I have tried pet food on my cats from sooo many places, this beats them all. Very nice lady in this shop, and knows quite a bit about cats, too. Can 'phone and order and just pick it up. Try it, get a 'fridge magnet while your there. Check the board above the counter for great prices, and new things to try.
I love there products, all home made and fresh. Great prices one of the cheapest i have found. Very friendly service. The only place i will now go to buy my pet food.
