Great prices, friendly and helpful staff. Love the smartphone app to manage my meds: order by app & collect - no waiting, no fuss. 1 medication is $8.49 here but used to cost $20 at a large well known chemist. They even sent me a Christmas card.
Brilliant work. 2 mattresses, 1 room of carpet, 6 seat modular with ottoman & 2 car seats for $250.00. Got a discount for the amount of work. Dan got out stains that another company could not. Very happy
I asked for straps to be added to a strapless dress - she sewed them to the front with stitching showing instead of undoing the seam & placing inside; took in the sides of the bodice too tight and put in a new zip which I didn't ask for. She ended up puckering the sewing around the zip. All this cost $79.80. the stitching on the straps started coming undone at the wedding - 2 hours in!! Appalling work and a ridiculous price but I had nothing else to wear!

Dirty and dusty room; mould in the shower. Had to wait for 20 minutes & 2 requests for towels - no hand towel or bath mat. No lock on window and multiple A/C motors outside our window. More expensive than the Hotel Grand Chancellor but they were booked out.

We went in there after a meal elsewhere for 'coffee and cake'. There were so many problems, we got it for free: no hot chocolate, 1 teaspoon to share, no milk jug, dirty cups/ teapot. They seem to fry everything and we came out with smelly clothes and hair. We won't be back.
new owners in the past 4 + years and it continues to go downhill. Couldn't finish my meal - poor quality and it wasn't very big either. Staff uncaring & argumentative attitude does not help.

I had some non-insurance repairs done to my car's paintwork (shopping trolleys/ car doors/ cats etc). The quote was extremely reasonable (half of another company) with very friendly and professional staff and a nice loan car for only $25 per day. I was very happy with the service and the job done. My car looks almost new again

Nice food, friendly prompt service. Like this for a middle of the week - can't be bothered cooking meal. Cheese & garlic naan is pretty good. The serves don't look big but we are always full and very satisfied when eating here.
Great range of products that cater for dietary restrictions. I get all our Gluten-free flours, breakfast cereals, dried fruit and nuts from here. The Aussie apricots are cheaper than anywhere else... in fact all of there stuff is cheaper than anywhere else! Very friendly and helpful staff - I will always recommend this place
This place is ok if you don't want to travel but it needs a major refurbishment and a re-think on service. I have been here for a number of functions organised by others and have always come away unsatisfied.
A family member hired a room for a function - had to supply our own decorations and music. A Christmas function had us being moved on before midnight and I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering pumpkin soup... it was orange - that is the best I can say.
We only stayed overnight once - woken up early by someone banging a broom outside, they forgot our pre-ordered breakfast and the 'spa' was tiny.
