I took my puppy to get his second vaccination here and the vet Joanne was very helpful and through with her exam. I later had to get records for an insurance claim and the staff were very helpful and were able to print them off on the spot for me. Very easy to deal with and very lovely people. Reasonable price for consult and vaccine.

My cat was hit by a car and was seriously injured, needing emergency care, surgery and 5 days stay at the vet. The overall cost was very expensive, but they had a finance plan so I was able to pay it off over 12 months. During my cat's stay they really looked after her, and they really cared about me when I thought she was going to die. Despite the high cost (which I suspect would have been costly at any vet) the service was exceptional.

I found this Vet the best if you have a pet Ferret. They don't have to pull out the ferret manual to read up on what it is.

My cat went here to get treated after she had been in an accident. the nurses were quite nice although the general look of the business is a big daggy. they tried to charge us more than they should have and when we complained they took the extra charges off

I took my cat and dog here for grooming. Their normal groomer was away so a vets assistant decided she would do it. They animals came out looking rediculous. I could have done better with a blunt pair of scissors and 5 minutes. To make matters worse, they tried to add on a vets consultation to the bill which did not occur and took 30 minutes before they brought my dog out - he had already been there for 8 hours! Definately would not recommend to anyone!
