I ONLY fly JetStar if I absolutely have to. I have flown Jetstar from Australia to NZ and back, and whilst the seats are comfy, that's about it. I had a few questions that I needed clarifying in regards to luggage requirements (re:infant) and I called the Jetstar call-centre - I was hung up on twice, rude to again, and refused to be put through to a manager. I hope I never have to fly Jetstar again!!! If you want to fly to NZ, pay the extra and go on Air NZ - MUCH, MUCH better service!!!!!

I went to Eden gardens as a completely non-experienced gardener wanting to start my first small home vegetable garden. I had no idea what I was doing, and the variety of plants was amazing. I was a little confused so I commandeered the help of one of the Eden Garden's workers. He was extremely helpful and helped me choose my plants, my tools, my compost and everything else I needed to start my garden, without going overboard. And he really knew what he was talking about. Such good service! The only down-side to Eden Gardens is the cost of their on-site cafe! WAY overpriced and I will never eat there! Which is a shame, because it's such a nice place to sit and have a coffee.

My cat was hit by a car and was seriously injured, needing emergency care, surgery and 5 days stay at the vet. The overall cost was very expensive, but they had a finance plan so I was able to pay it off over 12 months. During my cat's stay they really looked after her, and they really cared about me when I thought she was going to die. Despite the high cost (which I suspect would have been costly at any vet) the service was exceptional.

I used this business to decide which resort I would stay on when I went to Fiji. I found it very helpful to read other members' experiences and see their photos that they had posted on the tripadvisor site. I managed to choose an excellent resort and had the best holiday ever! So happy with my choice, and it came down to using TripAdvisor.

I ordered some cupcakes for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I called them to place an order and date. They were very friendly on the phone. When I went to collect the cupcakes, they were really friendly in the shop and the cupcakes looked AMAZING!!!!!! I also had a look through their photo albums of their previous wedding and birthday cakes, which were also amazing! Would definately use them again!
