I rang today to make an appointment with Tee, my lovely Hairdresser of many years. She absolutely wanted to be at Stafford City permanently, but was having to put up with this new male hairdresser who has taken over the Salon. He is extremely loud and opinionated and has upset both the Staff and we the Customers. I know that this dear lady very well and believe that he is the reason for the relocation to Brookside. She would never have gone willingly. This person should never have been designated as the Manager of a Salon ANYWHERE!

Got my balayage redone and it’s looks amazing. Amazing service.

Worst haircut I have ever had. Chopped off when I asked for just a trim. Went to other salon and told it Will take forever to fix. Don't go

I walked in on the off chance they would do my hair, I have red and needed regrowth done which lots of salons wont do. Or they don't have a product that will match my hair.
They did the best job so quick and easy and such nice girls, the price is crazy cheap for a great job, topped off with a treatment and awesome massage. So impressed. I don't remember the last time I enjoyed the hairdresser but I certainly did this time.

I wish hair salons would either employ people who are older than teenagers or employ teenagers with a little personality. The girl who 'served' my elderly mother had zero empathy and very little enthusiasm.

Mum has been going there for several years but that experience in particular has put her off. I'll start taking her to an independent local salon.
