Went to the one in Warriewood to get my screen fixed. They fix it but they destroyed my home button. It was working perfectly before I gave my phone to them and when they gave it back to me it wasn't working. I noticed it on the spot, they tried to fix it but after waiting for another 30 minutes I gave up, the shopping was closing and they couldn't fix it. I came back the following morning, the home button worked for about 5 minutes.

Don't ever use SP mobile, they offered a reasonable price to fix my screen but destroyed my phone. I'm so annoyed!

Approximate cost: $119

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!! I agree with the first comment, the quality was terrible. My phone first needed fixing a few months ago and I needed a home button replacement as well. They fixed the screen right then but didn't have a home button and to come back in a week. When I got home the sound on my phone wasn't working so I took it back and they had to completely dismantle my phone again and reconnect the wires inside it. I went back the next week to get my home button and apparently they still hadn't got it. I went back a total of three more times before they had one and not sold it to someone else. When they put the button in it wasn't the right one for my phone and fell out a couple of days later and had appeared to be glued on. Today I dropped my phone (I have a really good case that is shock resistant) from a small height and the screen completely smashed, chunks of glass and screen fell out. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

This business advertises as a professional iPhone repair shop.
The Tagline for this business is "Honesty, Integrity, Transparency".
My experience reveals this couldn't be further from the truth. The prices it advertises for replacing the glass on a damaged iPhone are in no way complete.
There is a $20-$80 surcharge if the glass is damaged. (I personally would never replace a non damaged screen. Would you?)
There is a $20 surcharge to get the repair done that day.

Approximate cost: $110
